Tuition & Fees -
An annual registration fee of $35 per child is due at the time of enrollment and renewed annually during fall registration. This fee is not refundable or transferable. Upon registration, you are enrolled in The Tumble Gym’s program beginning August 29th 2011 and ending August 25th 2012.  You may enroll at any time and withdraw at any time with a one month written Cancellation Notice that can be obtained at the front desk.
For your convenience, all tuition for the year 2011-2012 will be paid monthly.

Monthly tuition:
$64 (one child - 1 class/week) if paid by Automatic Draft*
$69 (one child - 1 class/week) if paid monthly*

$10 Multi-class and sibling discounts are available.


 

Automatic drafts are made the 1st of each month.  Monthly payments may be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash or Check.  These payments are due on the 1st of each month. Must be paid by the 5th of each month to avoid late fees.  A late fee of $30.00 will be assessed if paid after the 5th of each month.  You may set up an automatic draft payment plan by contacting the front desk after registering online.  Or, you can do so at the front desk of the gym.  Please keep the front desk informed concerning any change in automatic draft information, including but not limited to a new card expiration.


 

Cancellation Policy -
We understand that there may be a time that you will need withdraw your child from The Tumble Gym.
To formally withdraw, you must fill out our cancellation form and submit it at the front desk.  All cancellations must be received by the 5th of the month in order to avoid being charged for the following month.  If we recieve your cancellation form after the 5th of the month, then you will be charged for the following month and will be allowed to attend class.  (Example: If you need to stop class for November, we need a completed cancellation form finalized by the front desk by October 5th. You will be charged for October and will be able to attend/complete October's classes. Your cancellation will take affect the first day of the next month, November 1st. If you decide to re-enroll at The Tumble Gym in the same year, a registration fee will not be charged to your account, but your child will not be guaranteed the same class enrollment place.)  Camp tuition is non-refundable, however credit may be given for another day of camp or a different service at The Tumble Gym.

Make-up Classes -
The Tumble Gym offers an open gym weekly for those students that need to make up a class. You may only make up a class during the month of which you missed that class. Also, all make up classes must be scheduled at the front desk. Your child(ren) may make up his/her classes provided that your tuition is current. No exceptions to this policy will be made. In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym to find out class status. All classes missed due to weather will be made up in Open Gym.

We appreciate your assistance in following our gym policies.
While at The Tumble Gym, please have your children follow the guidelines below in order help us maintain a safe and clean environment.  We ask that all children wear comfortable appropriate clothing including either a leotard or a shirt with shorts, leggings, or sweatpants.  We also ask that all children are barefoot, are not chewing gum, do not have on jewelry, and have long hair tied back.  Your cooperation in following these policies is greatly appreciated.
