PARKOUR & FREERUNNING - What is Parkour? It is simply an art of movement: the exercising of the body in order to move freely
and confidently through any environment. Parkour involves movements such as running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, and rolling.
Parkour focuses on developing these skills in order to move as efficiently as possible. The term Freerunning usually describes a style of movement that is closely related to parkour, but focuses on creative
and expressive movements (tricks, flips) instead of raw efficiency. Here at the Tumble Gym, our Parkour and Freerunning classes focus on safely
teaching the proper technique of these movements, as well as introducing conditioning to help students get stronger, all while
having fun! Parkour and Freerunning are great ways to
build balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and confidence!
